Overview
The day begins in Jozani-Chwaka Bay National Park, where a ranger leads you through the forest to the monkeys and onto the mangrove boardwalk. Afterwards you drive to a limestone cave nearby, where a spring-fed pool sits under a sunlit opening in the rock.
The two stops are close together, so there is little driving. Bring swimwear, a towel and shoes with grip. Park and cave fees are included.

Itinerary
Hotel pickup and drive south
We collect you in the morning and drive to Jozani, around an hour from Stone Town.
Forest walk with a ranger
Follow the trail to the red colobus and hear how the park protects them.
Mangrove boardwalk
Cross the raised walkway and watch the tidal life below.
Drive to the cave
A short drive south to the cave, where a caretaker explains the rules.
Swim and return
Swim in the cave pool, then drive back to your hotel.
