Overview
After a guided walk through the spice plantation, you choose your ingredients and move to the cooking area. A local cook teaches you a Swahili meal, from grinding the spices to coconut sauce and rice, and you eat what you have made.
Vegetarian and other dietary needs can be arranged when you book.
